SEAGULL EATING BREAD

@benjamin: Yep! Two of them ate two thick slices of bread broken up in a minute. I don't know about his feet, but mine do!

@badala: Thank you. Relatively easy to capture seagulls right now - they are pretty tame compared with the small birds, and used to people feeding them. They let me get about 4 ft. from them.

@zahra: Thank You! Do you mean the seagull or me? The temperature was about eight to ten degrees above freezing, but there is so much damp in the air here that it feels colder than it is. The snow has stayed a while because it has been dropping below freezing at night time. Has been the coldest winter for longer that I can remember here on the coast of British Columbia. Usually rains most of the winter.

@Jerry: Thanks Jerry! I've never seen them in snow before either! It usually rains on and off here most of the winter. Maybe one good snowfall - which melts with the rain pretty quickly. Its pretty hard to take after a December spent in Mexico. Had nothing but high winds, causing damage and power outs, with torrential rain, then heavy snowfall, wind and rain, and back to snow again since November. Its that thing called climate change. More seagulls this year coming further inland from the beach because of bad weather.
