Can anybody tell me if that's what they are - there are lots of them in the spring time around here - both white and pink!
Please go ahead and give me constructive criticism where needed! If there is anything that I can change that really needs changing and I can do it in editing - then I will change it and re-post the photo! I promise I won't scream and shout or cry for very long!

hmm...i coul dbe wrong but they look very much like cherry blossoms or sakuras in Japanese... anyway the pink goes well with tht red bricks building

They do look similar to cherry blossoms but I think they are a bit big. Also most Magnolia trees have very large leaves too, so I have no clue...but I do know I really like the picture : )

You are right those are Magnolias....miss those blooms in Vancouver in the Spring! My street in Richmond was lined with them

@Lost Valley: Thanks a lot for your visit and a look through my photos! Really appreciate it. I'm glad you confirmed that they are Magnolias - I thought so and then someone told me Magnolias didn't grow here. I lived in Alberta before here and never saw anything like those in the springtime! :-)
