This is my youngest son Phil's wedding day - so I can't be with you. Just hope you love these falls as much as I did :-D
Please go ahead and give me constructive criticism where needed! If there is anything that I can change that really needs changing and I can do it in editing - then I will change it and re-post the photo! I promise I won't scream and shout or cry for very long!

@bronzebilly u.k.: Thanks Billy - I was a bit worried about my photos of the actual falls. There was no sun on the waterfall and I was worried it looked kinda flat! But experimenting with the lighting didn't help - lighter just washed out the detail of the water. Hope you enjoyed your family wedding - nice to go just as a guest. We had a lot of work to do for my son's Wedding Rehearsal dinner the first day we were established in our rented house by Lake Okanagon in Vernon, BC (we didn't arrive there until midnight the night before) I had to go to the rehearsal because they had a little ceremony mixing two glass containers of different colored sand - I had to walk in down the aisle with one of them and Annette's mother with the other, and set them on a table. When we got back from that, a squall had blown in over the lake and all the beautiful table decorations and place settings, etc. just got blown away and guests were starting to arrive. So we had to move it indoors - it rained all evening. My son-in-law Robin had to swim out to his boat which was moored, tied to a bouy, away from the jetty that went out from the garden, and rescue it . Bed at 2:30 am and off to the house where Annette (My son's new wife)was dressing (had to go in the car with the bridesmaids) for 11:00 am on Saturday. I didn't know before about the sand thingy, so it came as a bit of a surprise that I had to be all dresed up for the wedding at 2:00 pm, by 10:00 in the morning. But, the day was beautiful and sunny, and they had a beautiful wedding!. ;-)

Where is Shannon Falls? On the island?

@amy: Hi Amy! It was worth the hike! Thanks for saying so! Shannon Falls is between Horshoe Bay and Whistler, just off the highway. :-)
