WALK THROUGH WHISTLER VILLAGE 6

Wow! I'm nearly at the foot of the ski slopes - and good grief - it looks like it comes right down into the village!

Well! I am back and missed being away so long due to ill health. It was a bit of a struggle to find energy to stay on my computer and post. My daughter Lesley and her husband Robin, gave me this wonderful gift of a cruise to Alaska and Lesley and I had a whale of a time! I could just live on that ship - absolutely wanted for nothing! Hope to hear from you all! Don't know how much I can get around posting comments - so will probably have to keep them brief - but will try to get around as much as I can! Thanks to all my friends for their good wishes!

Please go ahead and give me constructive criticism where needed! I am a bit out of practice at both taking and editing decent photographs - so help me if you can!

@MaryB: It was warm Mary - taken last July - twas the hottest day on record in the Vancouver area! Thanks for dropping by - really appreciate the visit! :-)

Hang about...what's that slope in the background...call that a mountain..????..us Welshboyos would use that as a step-up to the real mountains up in the Rhondda Valleys..and wearing pitboots and singing Myffanwy as we go *-))

@bronzebilly u.k.: Hey Billy: I keep having to take a rest bite too! You are right about the bloody weather and all those aches and pains. It's old age creeping on! I hardly ever seem to get around the people I used to visit nowadays -cos I ache too much to sit at the computer long enough after other things I have to do! Anyway, if you go to my next photo - which nobody hardly visited because I hadn't been posting either - I have added some mountain statistics for you and a personal message at the bottom of all that.
