LITTLE GIRL LOOKING IN

The little girl reflected through the glass was just transfixed looking at all the animal and plant life waving around in this tank in the main Vancouver Aquarium building!

Well! I am back and missed being away so long due to ill health. It was a bit of a struggle to find energy to stay on my computer and post. My daughter Lesley and her husband Robin, gave me this wonderful gift of a cruise to Alaska and Lesley and I had a whale of a time! I could just live on that ship - absolutely wanted for nothing! Hope to hear from you all! Don't know how much I can get around posting comments - so will probably have to keep them brief - but will try to get around as much as I can! Thanks to all my friends for their good wishes!

Please go ahead and give me constructive criticism where needed! I am a bit out of practice at both taking and editing decent photographs - so help me if you can!

@Lorraine: Thank you Lorraine! I almost threw this one out when I still had it in RAW format -- thought it was just another one spoiled with reflections. Then when I pulled in the colour and raised the light and dark tones, eureka! Nothing else done to it ! :-)

@Peter Miller: Thanks Peter! It's more or less straight out of the camera (RAW) so had to pull in the color and the light and dark tones! :-)

@amy: As I said before to Lorraine, I almost threw it away, thinking it was just another one spoiled by reflections in the glass! Till I put some color into the RAW and ended up with something I liked. Thank you Amy so much! ;-)

@MaryB: Thanks for visiting Mary and your kind comment! As I explained to the others it is straight from the camera - just had the RAW to edit and bring up the colour etc. :-)

@bronzebilly u.k.: Ya know Billy! It does look rather like a WelshBilly Scene! It would've taken me ages to layer in all this stuff! The refraction of light in water helps a lot! :-D
