Daffodils grow each year in the median on our main street - there are different varieties of spring flowers and flowering plants most of the way, in fact quite a long way down to the beach!
Thank you so much everyone for all your comments! Always appreciate them so much - thanks for visiting. I have a lot of appointments this week so may not be able to get around to comment on the blogs - but will try on the days I get home earlier! :-)
PS. I will be without a PC after this afternoon whilst it goes in for repair. It wlll have to be shipped back to HP. I can't burn discs. Have had numerous chat sessions with HP and none of their solutions worked. So I have no idea how long all that will take. I am going to risk putting my photos on to the external hard drive now - but it is not always reliable to keep stuff on there for long! Still under warranty - so hope they don't charge!
Please go ahead and give me constructive criticism where needed! If there is anything that I can change that really needs changing and I can do it in editing - then I will change it and re-post the photo! I promise I won't scream and shout or cry for very long!
My other photoblog has been started too! Anne's Galleries

Anne I think personally this shot would have been much better without the yellow cast to show the beauty of the flowers.

@Peter Miller: Yes Peter you are right! I have uploaded the original one without the gold fill layer. It looked a lot more yellow this morning somehow than it did last night. Come and tell me if this is better!
A lovely cascade of these beautiful flowers. Your composition is very nice!
